Rules for exchanging and returning goods 1. Exchange of goods is possible only up to 7 days after receiving the order and the shipping cost for the exchange is fully borne by the customer. 2. Returns are only possible under special conditions and with the store’s approval up to a maximum of 72 hours after receiving the product, and in this case 15% of the product amount will be deducted. 3. Shipping costs for the return process are the responsibility of the customer. 4. Any use of the product, damage, change in appearance or lack of accessories completely excludes the possibility of return or exchange.
