- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. All exchange shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns are accepted only in special cases and subject to approval by EVET DESIGN, and must be requested within 72 hours of receiving the item. In approved return cases, 15% of the item value will be deducted. All return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered, and must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Any signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing items will void eligibility for return or exchange.
- Customers are advised to review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing an order.

EVET DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
